What is Beauté Box?

The Beauté Box is a monthly subscription program that delivers your favorite Le Reve Lashes and Mystique Eyeliner every month. In addition to the Lashes and Eyeliner, as a Beauté Babe, you will also receive a Le Reve Beauté cosmetics product and an exclusive member gift. 


How much does a Beauté Box subscription cost?

The Beauté Box month to month subscription costs $79 per month. There are also 3 month plans for $77 per month, 6 month plans for $75 per month and 12 month plans for $73 per month available. All plans are auto-billed monthly.


Are there hidden fees?

There are NEVER hidden fees. Shipping is FREE on Beauté Box Subscriptions. Taxes are applicable based on City, County and State Codes.


What is the process from payment to shipment?

Once a purchase has been made, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number. 


Why am I having problems with the website?

From time to time we have to do a little maintenance, most likely that is the reason. If not, please send an email through our contact us page and we’ll do our best to fix the problem ASAP. 

What material are the lashes made out of?

We offer high quality Mink and Korean Silk Lashes. 


What are the ingredients of individual products?

Individual ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product packaging. 


Are your products cruelty free?

Our products are produced in cruelty free factories and follow all domestic and international guidelines to ensure the highest ethical standards. 


How do I use the products?

On each individual product page under the "How To Use" tab, there will be basic information on how to apply the product. Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Youtube for product specific tips and tricks, coming soon!


How do I submit a product review?

Product Reviews can be done directly on our website. Under each individual product there is a "Ratings & Reviews" where you can submit. We love your feedback and look forward to your review, plus you get Beauté Babe Points just for giving us your opinion!


What should I do about a missing or damaged product?

If a product is missing or damaged please reach out to us via the Contact Support page and we’ll address it ASAP.


What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

As with any cosmetic product, allergic reactions can occur. In this event, remove the product and discontinue use immediately. In the event of a serious allergic reaction please contact a healthcare professional for treatment. 

Will I have to order my Beauté Box each month?

Nope! It will come every month auto-billed and auto-shipped with your favorite Lashes, Liners and your member exclusive gift. If you'd like to make any changes to the lash styles or liner color, you may customize each month.


When do I have to make my Beauté Box customizations by?

All changes need to be made 5 business days before your monthly order anniversary. 


When will my account be charged each month for the Beauté Box?

Your account will be charged within 2-3 business days of your monthly anniversary date.


When will I get my box each month?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your monthly anniversary date.


How do I use a discount code?

Promo codes can be entered on the Checkout page. Once entered, click "apply" and your discount or gift will be immediatley added to your total amount.


How do I use a discount code form a podcast/influencer for the free lash and liner? 

Use the discount code at checkout, click "apply". There will be a green checkmark. Your total will not change. We will curate your free lash style and liner color.


Can I return my Beauté Box?

In some cases, yes. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

What payment methods are available?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.


Can I use multiple payment methods for my order?

At this time, no. We currently don't split payments.


How do I update my payment method/information?

You can update and save payment information in your account settings. 


Why does my payment method say ‘declined’?

There are several possible reasons your payment declined. Make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If the issue persists, contact your bank.


Will I be auto-billed for the Beauté Box on the monthly plan?

Yes. Auto-billing will occur every month within 1-2 days of your monthly anniversary.


I cancelled or paused my Beauté Box subscription, why am I being charged?

All subscription changes must be made 5 business days prior to your monthly anniversary date. 


How do I redeem a gift card?

Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout.

Do I need an account if I’m not buying the Beauté Box?

You may check out as a guest. But you’d be missing out on Beauté Babe Points, which gets you discount and free products! 


Why can’t I log into my account?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the login page. If the issue persists, please Contact Support.


How do I change my billing/shipping address?

Upon login, you can make changes on your "Account Settings" page.


What do you do with my personal information/data?

We never sell your personal information or data. See the Privacy Policy page for more details.


How do I pause my Beauté Box subscription?

You may pause your subscription for one month if you are on the 3, 6, or 12 month subscription. During your subscription period, you may only pause once for a period of one month. 


How do I cancel my Beauté Box?

For the 1 Month subscription you can cancel after two months. For the 3, 6, and 12 month plans you may cancel at the end of your subscription period.


I signed up for a fixed term Beauté Box subscription, what do I do when it ends?

If you are subscribed to the 1 Month plan, your plan auto-renews each month on your membership anniversary. If you are subscribed to the 3, 6, or 12 month plan, your plan auto renews at the end of your fixed term. If you would like to change or cancel your subscription at the end of the fixed term you may do so at least 5 business days before on your "Account Settings" page.

What are Beauté Babe Points?

We love rewarding our customers! The program is free and you can earn points with every purchase and through sharing, writing reviews and taking surveys. Those points can be converted to coupons or discounts. All you need to do is create an account!


How do I collect Beauté Babe Points?

Points are collected automatically upon checkout. You can also earn points by sharing on social media and writing reviews. You will also recieve points on your birthday!


How do I get Beauté Babe Points for sharing on social media?

Share your Beauté Box and other Le Reve products on your feed or story. It's that easy!


How do I refer Beauté Box to a friend?

On your "Subscription" page upon login, we provide you with a unique link to send to your friends and family. If they sign up and subscribe to a Beauté Box, you both recieve extra Beauté Babe Points!


How do I spend my Beauté Babe Points?

Your points can be converted to a code that can be applied at checkout.
