LIY (Lash It Yourself) Lashes
Nope! It will come every month auto-billed and auto-shipped with your favorite lashes. If you'd like to make any changes to the lash styles or size, you may customize each month.
All changes need to be made 5 business days before your monthly order anniversary.
Your account will be charged within 2-3 business days of your monthly anniversary date.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your monthly anniversary date.
General
Once a purchase has been made, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number.
From time to time we have to do a little maintenance, most likely that is the reason. If not, please send an email through our contact us page and we’ll do our best to fix the problem ASAP.
There are NEVER hidden fees. Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. Taxes are applicable based on City, County and State Codes.
If you're paying through Shop Pay, you will have the option to pay off products in 4 different payments. We are not liable for Shop Pay fees or late fees.
Products
We offer high quality Mink and Korean Silk Lashes.
Individual ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product packaging.
Our products are produced in cruelty free factories and follow all domestic and international guidelines to ensure the highest ethical standards.
On each individual product page under the "How To Use" tab, there will be basic information on how to apply the product. Watch our How To Videos for product specific tips and tricks.
Product Reviews can be done directly on our website. Under each individual product you can submit a rating. We love your feedback and look forward to your review.
If a product is missing or damaged please reach out to us via the Contact page and we’ll address it ASAP.
As with any cosmetic product, allergic reactions can occur. In this event, remove the product and discontinue use immediately. In the event of a serious allergic reaction please contact a healthcare professional for treatment.
Orders
Promo codes can be entered on the checkout page. Once entered, click "apply" and your discount or gift will be immediately added to your total amount.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also decide to use Shop Pay at checkout if you spend over $50. Through Shop Pay you can split your payments into 4 and pay over time.
If you order total is over $50, you have the option to pay with your Shop Pay account, which splits your payments into 4 different payments.
As for paying 2 different ways at check out, we do not currently do that.
You can update and save payment information in your account settings.
There are several possible reasons your payment declined. Make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
Yes. Auto-billing will occur every month within 1-2 days of your monthly anniversary.
All subscription changes must be made 5 business days prior to your monthly anniversary date.
Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout.

You may check out as a guest.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the login page. If the issue persists, please Contact Support.
Upon login, you can make changes on your "Account Settings" page.

If you are subscribed to the 1 Month plan, your plan auto-renews each month on your membership anniversary. If you are subscribed to the 2, or 3 month plan, your plan auto renews at the end of your fixed term. If you would like to change or cancel your subscription at the end of the fixed term you may do so at least 5 business days before on your "Account Settings" page.
