Use the applicator to place a layer over lips.
Hold still for a few seconds to let it set (do not rub or smack lips). Done!

TIP: Prime lips with Primetime Eye & Lip Primer prior to application to ensure long-lasting wear and maximum color intensity. Applying lip primer as a base helps avoid feathering.
